We all know that publications like a good story. Don’t we all? Travellur really wants you to have a great story, so we propose an add-on shoot to complete your Paris story. The main Société Privée Paris shoot is happening April 15, rain date April 16, see schedule below. While there are a few flowering trees along our route that day, it would be a real shame to miss capturing the ephemeral springtime beauty of cherry blossoms and I know just the place for that : The Cherry Blossom Castle! A 30 minute drive from your Paris hotel is a gorgeous baroque castle with formal French gardens and a marvellous grove of Japanese cherry trees which will be in full bloom the week of our shoot. Cherry Blossom Castle Shoot
4pm April 17
This is an afternoon outdoor shoot at a castle outside of Paris where we can do exterior castle pictures with French gardens designed by Le Notre plus sumptuous cherry blossom pictures. The castle gets wonderful afternoon/evening light on the main facade. There are also lovely trellised gardens behind the castle. The cherry tree grove is a 1o minute walk away in the park. What is particularly nice about these trees is that the blooms arch back down to the ground so you can get the model nestled right into the tree. Usually the flowers on a cherry tree are so high, you wish you had a ladder, but not here. Shoot start time is 4pm and you’ll have 3 hours to shoot the castle, gardens and cherry trees. There is a snack bar and bathrooms in the castle which is also really nice. Arrive early to visit the castle interiors or shot B-roll.
The shoot styling and models will tie into the main shoot concept. There will be a bride and groom model, props for a champagne toast and a bouquet. Each photographer will have at least 30 minutes with the models, six photographer maximum. Stay tuned for further details TBA.

Email us here to let us know you’d like to join one or both of the add-ons. We will not take your payment until we have the minimum of 4 participants for this shoot. Space is limited to six photographers and sign up deadline is March 15. Once the shoot is confirmed, you can make your payment by credit card or Paypal and we will send you complete details. If you have a particular request for the shoot, please let us know!

Payments, once paid, are non-refundable. If you have someone who can take your place, we can refund your payment minus a 150€ restocking fee.
