This five day tour for professional event planners and prospective brides highlights thirteen venues suitable for small, medium and large size events in the mid to high-end budget range. Experience for yourself pleasures of Tuscany, become an expert in the region and go home with all that you need to book the dream wedding in Tuscany.
The tour starts in Florence with a site visit at the incomparable Villa Cora. We then travel south into Tuscany by private transport. The first night we will stay at a 14th century hilltop castle with a commanding view of the Chianti countryside. The following nights we will stay at a luxuriously renovated private Borgo, or hamlet, producing it’s own organic wines. Each day we will visit two or three venues and be welcomed by the event staff who will answer all your questions about planning the perfect event. You will also meet local vendors who can help make your event a success.
Our tour photographer will accompany us on all our visits. You can focus on your experience knowing that someone is getting the dreamy photos you need to captivate your next client. The tour ends in the Siena area where you can easily take the train back to Florence or continue your sojourn in the region.
